When was doing Sirius, it suddenly went past the door. Arrieteasle was looking at it.

At the Keelback!

It stayed in the shelf all day, and then, at night, when Appa and S'na were watching a movie it slowly went out through the back door.

A few days later, in the bathroom...

It went out after eating the toad.

The Cobra

Vine Snake

Once, on my birthday, we had gone to Arun's place.
Then, Appa saw a vine snake up near the Upper Tank!

The Russel's Viper which didn't move

Some time back, we found a Russel's Viper just outside our front verandah.

When we tired to chase it away, it just coiled up and kept hissing. it didn't go even when we poured half a litre of water on it!

Comet was visiting at that time, and he was tied near the cowshed. When he heard Bagli's barking, he broke his collar and ran just past the snake, not even noticing it, to the front verandah!

Finally, Appa read out a story (from The Daydreamer - he usually reads out to us at night), and then, at around 10:15, the Russel's viper slowly started going away. It went towards the lemon bush and vanished.
